It was a total scam I paid $40 for cloud service which now I can’t access now. Also I am no longer receiving message alerts. I checked my phone alert settings, uninstalled cameras/reinstalled and deleted app and re downloaded. Nothing worked Either give me my money back or fix iCSeePro please!

When I get an alert about movement on my property, before it’ll show me the video or pics, I have to watch a video ad..wth is wrong with these people..I may need to see immediately what is happening on my cameras once they’ve been tripped!
Another huge issue is the commercials play perfectly but the pics and video from my cameras plays about 15% of the time at best!
These ppl are idiots!

Lately when I go to view the cam an advertisement appears and there is no way to exit it. Sometimes if I try again later I might be able to view the cam. What’s the point having a security camera if you can’t access it. Last night around 1am I heard a thump outside so went on app to check. Guess what! No access! Only a big advertisement with no escape option. iCSeePro is useless!

Was happy until the ads started up then they changed it where I cannot watch video without iCloud. I’ll be finding other service if this continues. I’m just glad I found all this out before having my friends hook their businesses up with them. They would not have been happy. I have no need for the cloud to store my videos. I certainly will not be purchasing cloud space or any more cameras for all my properties which are numerous! Why fix something if it’s perfectly fine the way it is. ☹️

I’ve been using iCSeePro with my camera for a while probably a year or two and it’s been alright and have never had issues with ads. BUT now that I’ve updated to iOS 14 when I open iCSeePro I get a full page ad that makes me wait before I can even use iCSeePro . This should absolutely not happen when you need to have fast access to see what might be happening outside you’re house. Absolutely unacceptable. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Update***
Along with all the constant adds I started getting on iCSeePro after the most recent update I am no longer able to view recordings from my camera which has the sd card I purchased installed unless I pay for a subscription to iCSeePro. In the couple years I’ve used iCSeePro and camera I’ve decided to toss the camera and delete iCSeePro . Worst security app even and is a complete scam. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Don’t wast your time.

Use to be able to view video that was recorded to add card in cameras, now only asks to purchase cloud storage. I no longer get alerts when motion detected. Major that can not view videos through WiFi and snd cards. Do not buy these cameras, they require purchase of cloud space and who knows if that works.

Most recent update causing network errors. Alarms photos not received. When it does receive alarm photos, opening the photo or video generates the “network error.” Have to go to the individual camera, open the SD, and view the alarm from there, when you can get that far. Live video is the only thing that seems to work now and that does me no good for the purpose I have the cameras.

The server is very slow,I upgraded to 80 Mbps fiberoptic cable with no use still the moving of the camera and the recording and play back is very slow and keeps d/c and interrupts and stops and continue ,
Not to mention that you have to subscribe to cloud services as there is no free option but a 1 month.

I have been fine using iCSeePro for a few years but the latest update is not a step in the right direction! The start up screen is an ad... you must navigate through ads to see your camera setup. I’m trying to see who at the front door, but first I need to sit through an ad!! PLEASE REMOVE ADS.

Even if you pay for the pro version you get advertisements when you open the application sometimes a video but you cannot stop until complete so if you’re checking this in the middle of the night you have to have a video blaring on your screen.

The thing was hard to set up and the connection box for inter net and power seems to be broken because I had to set it up in a certain way to make sure power was on but it finally was working but local only. It has trouble connection each time I open it and since the update it is worst I can not even see the view so I need to work on it again to day to see if I get get it going

The only bugs fixed were the addition of Ads every time you want to look at your cameras. That’s right you paid for the cameras but before you can look at them you will be harassed by Ads. Recommend to use a different product as this one spends your time pushing Ads in your rather than showing what your cameras see.

It was working good till I started getting the pop up ads. Why do you have them on this program?

I have my iPhone setup on dark mode. The prédios this app app had a clear text, but the new version now darkens the screen without properly adjusting the font color and contrast. The end result is that many screens are unreadable now.
It also displays dark screens from time to time and the Câmara changes position by itself.
May2020: alarm notification does not work anymore on the iOS version. Pls fix it.

Hello. I am not able to open or set up the cloud service. It says ‘current regional non support’
Am I doing something wrong?? Or is this something that needs to be fixed?

I don’t expect ads in something I purchased and even if I did I wouldn’t expect it to stand between me and getting to viewing my security camera. Security is no joke and no place for someone to try to make an extra buck.

iCSeePro is great!! It was great... until you added ads to it. When my alerts go off, I’m not trying to watch an ad. I’m worried about what’s going on at my door.

I’ve been using iCSeePro for over a year with various lightbulb cameras and a 360 motion capture camera. All overseas inexpensive cameras. iCSeePro does what it’s supposed to do. I have also used YCC365 app and this one seems to work better as far as cameras staying connected and user functions (in my opinion). I don’t use the cloud, just record to SD cards on all cameras. The playback format is user friendly and I like how I can speed up playback to find what I need . Being able to speak through iCSeePro to the camera is useful as well. Different hardware will offer different functions so don’t blame iCSeePro if you have sub par equipment. I didn’t have any problems setting up iCSeePro but that was a year ago and I just added a new camera and it was up and running in a matter of minutes. I can’t complain about a free app that offers so much for video cameras under $30. You can’t have high expectations at this price and iCSeePro is FREE

I use this with a remote security camera - works “okay”. No problems, but there are no instructions with the setup. Trial & error; 15 minutes playing with the settings and everything is good. No glitches so far. I just wish there was a way to get rid of the ads at startup though.

I’ve tested a ton of camera apps. This one is pretty good and our new full time camera app.
Thank you for re-adding the button to remove Google ads. Users: open app, click Me at the bottom, click Settings, turn off Google ads. You have to do it everytime you update iCSeePro which is dumb.
Bad: there is still popups for cloud service. The most expensive cloud service I have ever seen.
Good: iCSeePro does not require that you get cloud service to see the images on your own sd card. Yi Home has started doing this and it is unethical.
Camera, detected vehicle after arriving, however not the movements during arrival or person exiting the car. What should my settings be?
