I want to cancel my subscription to Organic Apps because I can no longer use it I’m 77 years old and fell about 2 month ago and there is no way I can do it. Please cancel so I can no longer make the payments Thanks Vilma Jove

How to fix Organic'App app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Organic'App app on iPhone
Update Organic'App app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Organic'App iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Organic'App on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Organic'App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Organic'App Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Organic'App not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Organic'App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Organic'App » click [Force Stop]

Update Organic'App to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Organic'App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Organic'App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Organic'App.

Fix Organic'App unable to contact server/ Organic'App internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Organic'App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Organic'App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Organic'App
