I bought the application on July 14 2021 for one year and the application is not working I gave click and it is thinking and thinking what can I do ?????

I did not read the price description. I thought it was lifetime, not yearly. How do I cancel? Hoping this will reach developer. Link in App Store to contact developer is only a landing page. I used it the first day I signed up & not since. When the bill came, I should have canceled as soon as I saw my error. I kept procrastinating dealing with this but it’s too annoying to continue I have no use for it at that price. In duo lingo, there is a beginning and end of the day’s lesson. There is none in this app.
Canceled & deleted. Water over the dam for lost money, but lesson learned.
Bugs

Would be a great app, but app closes when I scroll to the bottom. Also it does not sync correctly between versions. I cannot even open it. There is no way to get support for app. No email listed or in-app support.
Cute app but BEWARE OF FREE TRIAL

I recently downloaded the app and it seems ok but when I opened it today I was met with an offer for a free week trial of the parla up. When I clicked on the offer I was immediately charged for a year of service and am now frantically trying to get that reversed. Unexpected immediate charges like that feel like a scam move and make me weary of trusting the company. I have contacted them about a refund and hope to hear back. I’m still unsure about the app but if using the free version is helpful for language learning and they resolve this issue I’ll update this to reflect that to be fair to them, but beware of the free trial bc you may be charged for a year of service immediately! Update: clicking on app support brings you to a page directing you to download the app.
