I just got a Pulse Lite Neo and the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting:/ I've seen this is a common issue for others.

My Svakom emma neo wand is switching on but won't vibrate. It connects to the app, and even the Led light comes on and flickers when changing the vibration settings, but the toy does not physically vibrate. Its extremely Frustrating, please help?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SVAKOM app issues:

Force Stop the SVAKOM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SVAKOM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SVAKOM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SVAKOM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SVAKOM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SVAKOM.

Fix SVAKOM unable to contact server/ SVAKOM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SVAKOM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SVAKOM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SVAKOM on android.
