Product: Edeny Problem: Using the product with the app doesn't change to any other mode, says battery is completely gone even tho it's charged, sometimes it stops moving even tho it says there's a program going.
I just got a Pulse Lite Neo and the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting:/ I've seen this is a common issue for others.

My Svakom emma neo wand is switching on but won't vibrate. It connects to the app, and even the Led light comes on and flickers when changing the vibration settings, but the toy does not physically vibrate. Its extremely Frustrating, please help?
