How to fix Feelsy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Feelsy app on iPhone
Update Feelsy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Feelsy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Feelsy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Feelsy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Feelsy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Feelsy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Feelsy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Feelsy » click [Force Stop]

Update Feelsy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Feelsy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Feelsy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Feelsy.

Fix Feelsy unable to contact server/ Feelsy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Feelsy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Feelsy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Feelsy
