App freezes and displays blank login screen when trying to log in. Lost my consecutive activities streak and cannot access trainings from any iOS device. I tired emailing support directly and they don’t seem to think there is a problem. They asked me for my login information so they can replicate the problem. A quick look at these reviews will tell you that multiple people are experiencing the same login issue. I went from daily activities to completely ignoring Samsung Elite content because I can’t access it. It’s too much to have to go through the website and it’s not the same experience. If their developers can’t figure it out, why sell their devices? None of this makes sense.
Train to enter in sweepstakes? Wow. Sorry about the bitterness but why offer a catalog that is unattainable. Retail has an option to win big by getting more points getting Samsung pay sign ups etc but care has to somehow have friends and family sign up to get you extra points and hope you have enough friends and family to get you to the required level. Guys this needs to be looked at, it’s broken. Knowledge is key but worthless here if it’s just extra work to be placed in a sweeps. I’d like to save for a phone or accessory, All this information is provided by carrier
I was one of the winners from the S24 launch. Waited until 3/12 for my measly $25, then they said give us until the end of the week. Now we’re on a new week… Are they too broke to give the winners their prizes?
About 200 of us won & there’s a lot of commotion about how late this is. They also didn’t offer the sweet deals they normally do for preorder & I’ve been seeing a higher occurrence of weird lemon issues with Samsungs lately. Between their crappy upgrade from S23 to S24 (mostly just a software upgrade) to the lack of follow through, and a higher uptick in their issues… I’m no longer a Samsung fanatic
I have been having issues making video tasks play, so I haven’t been able to keep a login streak going. Additionally, SamsungElite CONSTANTLY asking me to review SamsungElite with the completion of every task is UNBEARABLE. I’ve gotten into the habit of just hitting “no” and quickly typing to stop asking this question. If SamsungElite worked, which since I cannot properly complete tasks—it doesn’t, then I would be a little less annoyed by asking to rate SamsungElite all the time. But I can’t complete tasks, so that makes this all the more infuriating. Fix SamsungElite!!
Earned several points that I redeemed for great items over several years. Redeemed points for Galaxy buds and never received them, customer service is terrible! First of all it is almost impossible to contact someone with Samsung “Elite”! After several chats and run arounds they basically told me I was out of luck. My points were redeemed and of course went away but they can’t find the order number and tell me I need to find the order number from a deleted email or I’m “out of luck “! Completely disappointed with current business model.
I love learning and getting points but I literally lost a long streak I had because SamsungElite glitched. I know I definitely had did the activities from the day prior because I still had the notifications to show it.
I would also love SamsungElite more if the prizes didn’t weren’t so many points. I have been saving for 2 years and the points expire before I get to collect enough to actually get something nice.
I've been using Samsung elite for the past 3 years now, and I love the ability to win extra points and other things with it. There are a few things that bother me however. For one, the streak system is hella glitchy, most of the time when I lose my streak it was completely illegitimate. Also, the prizes are so inconsistent it's laughable. Sometimes you'll have great prizes, and then you'll have situations like this week where they removed most things

No other rep as the knowledge level you do about your product. I will ALWAYS be a Samsung guy and love the opportunity to turn those apple customers in an apple heavy market!
Best app to stay up to date with all the exciting new ways to showcase the Samsung ecosystem to customers, friends, and family. Easy to use. Pretty self explanatory, and smooth interface, makes SamsungElite the best “training” service available for everything Samsung.! I love it
I enjoy that they have this option to learn about their devices and that there is incentive to actually do it. It helps make people knowledgeable but also more comfortable actually selling the device for anyone new to the job.
After Lakeisha P. visited our store and I talked to her about my interest in learning more about Samsung devices. She introduced me to the Elite App and it’s been a game changing! I’ve learned so much and I feel so comfortable explaining all that our Samsung devices have to offer! So much to learn and it’s a fun way to lear!
I absolutely adore this application. It’s provided me with the necessary information I need to be able to sell as many Samsung’s as I possibly can. Not only that, but to sell it with the right information because it gives you tips and phrases to use. Lastly, if I complete activities, I can use those points towards gift cards!
I love using Samsung Elite to find new ways to pitch all the different accessories and phones to people! I used it last month and got a pair of the galaxy buds pro for free and they are great and it gives me experience using them so I can tell them exactly how good they are if you’re a retail sales person Samsung Elite is for you no doubt!
I love SamsungElite do learn new things. This will help you sell the devices and accessories. Only thing is we collect point not only to be knowledgeable, but they expire after a certain time. Which force you to use them. If that’s the case they should lower the point goal for prices.
I truly enjoy SamsungElite! I have definitely gotten a lot of new knowledge about the phones and about the behind the scenes work definitely 10/10 I’m saving my points for headphones now!!! The only downfall is after saving a certain amount , if you don’t spend some they’ll take some away smh but overall great app. Thank you Samsung elite
I’ve been on SamsungElite for about a year now, wish I heard of it sooner but have gotten gift cards and prizes, from the rewards I’ve gotten lunch from uber eats and the catalog to choose rewards is massive. It does take time and you have to be active daily but it’s not time consuming and it’s absolutely worth it
Wonderful app with plenty to offer if you’re selling Samsung products at your store. Gives great details on new and upcoming devices with neat quizzes and amazing prizes you can win with points earned from completing activities. If you need a bit of extra product knowledge to help you out on the sales floor then this is SamsungElite for you!
I love SamsungElite from getting excited on new features, to being rewarding points for free things for testing your knowledge of what you’ve learned. As someone who sells the latest and greatest Samsung phones, I highly recommend you try and take in knowledge from SamsungElite to become better equipped to become an elite salesperson.
It’s fun to learn about all the devices they provide and get a closer look to be able to describe and explain them better to customers! On top of that winning things! Got a s21+ and a gift card before always hoping to get something again soon so it keeps me on it all the time when work is slow 🤞🏼😁
I’m pleasantly surprised that this is app is so user friendly and I actually enjoy using it to learn sales skill and brush up on my device knowledge, not to mention SamsungElite walks you through various Apps so I can get the most productive use of its potential!! Love this Samsung way to go.
