App freezes and displays blank login screen when trying to log in. Lost my consecutive activities streak and cannot access trainings from any iOS device. I tired emailing support directly and they don’t seem to think there is a problem. They asked me for my login information so they can replicate the problem. A quick look at these reviews will tell you that multiple people are experiencing the same login issue. I went from daily activities to completely ignoring Samsung Elite content because I can’t access it. It’s too much to have to go through the website and it’s not the same experience. If their developers can’t figure it out, why sell their devices? None of this makes sense.

I was one of the winners from the S24 launch. Waited until 3/12 for my measly $25, then they said give us until the end of the week. Now we’re on a new week… Are they too broke to give the winners their prizes?
About 200 of us won & there’s a lot of commotion about how late this is. They also didn’t offer the sweet deals they normally do for preorder & I’ve been seeing a higher occurrence of weird lemon issues with Samsungs lately. Between their crappy upgrade from S23 to S24 (mostly just a software upgrade) to the lack of follow through, and a higher uptick in their issues… I’m no longer a Samsung fanatic

I have been having issues making video tasks play, so I haven’t been able to keep a login streak going. Additionally, the app CONSTANTLY asking me to review the app with the completion of every task is UNBEARABLE. I’ve gotten into the habit of just hitting “no” and quickly typing to stop asking this question. If the app worked, which since I cannot properly complete tasks—it doesn’t, then I would be a little less annoyed by asking to rate the app all the time. But I can’t complete tasks, so that makes this all the more infuriating. Fix this app!!
