Hi, My son just got the Cretaceous dinosaur for Christmas. We scanned the DNA code on the Jurassic world app from the bottom of his foot, but he won't register in our collection? We could find him only in the previous collections section but not apart of our collected dinosaurs. Please advise.

Unable to scan dinosaurs. Camera is unable to be activated although it’s on through my device settings, camera feature o app it’s completely blackout. Also home section on app (where it loads the world) its not working also blackout. My device is fully updated with apples newest version iPadOS 15.7.8 Internet is strong 400 download/ 158 upload Camera access is on

The game kept freezing or not loading, so I tried to reinstall. When I got it back, all the dinos we had worked months to scan at all different stores and on toys we actually bought are gone. Help! My 4 year old loves this app, and he's going to be devastated.

Hi my son’s jurassic world facts app keeps freezing. Constantly. He restarts the ipad and it works for a few seconds and then freezes. He has spent years collecting the dinosaurs so we don’t want to delete the app and start over. Please help!! He’s devastated.
