I have 4 x LC247Li battery lawnmowers. And the equipment will auto load when connected to Bluetooth but then says “not connected” always. But it will also tell you it was connected a moment ago but never actually says connected or give you any info on the machine past the loading screen where it shows what you have.

I have a Husky 455 rancher chainsaw and a lawn tractor from 06… all very common, but neither are listed in this (cr)app. Waste of time. Be better.

I have an iPhone and app keeps closing.
Redownloaded twice.
Restarted phone.
No good.

Wow… provide an insert in your product for an app and the product isn’t supported in your app

Just got my new riding lawn mower and can’t even sign up because it keeps telling me that it can’t get the “Country List” what a shame waste of time

I own two Husqvarna products neither of which are supported by HusqvarnaConnect. What a waste of time. Obviously HusqvarnaConnect does not live up to the expectations that is expected from a company like Husqvarna. It’s such a disappointment.

This has undoubtedly got to be the most useless app I have ever seen. Don’t waste time downloading, can’t give less than “1”

This doesn’t do recently manufactured zero turn mowers actually copies their web site! Which will make you call them to register your product because they won’t list your model number!

Do not waste your time with HusqvarnaConnect if you want all your chainsaws to be registered. Both my models appear in the model list when trying to add them to HusqvarnaConnect but the older one is not shown as an available model to register. App is worthless as it is.

I read the reviews which made me have to see for myself… HusqvarnaConnect is pointless. My trimmer added without issue but this might as well be the paper manual it comes with just harder to read because it doesn’t display for crap. Won’t list ANY parts, not even spark plug for my trimmer.

HusqvarnaConnect IS AS USELESS AS THE DEALER I GOT MY TRIMMER FROM.

They assembled the trimmer for me before I got there because I was in a hurry and needed to get to a job. After toying with the idle screw so it would run I throttled up and the string head went zipping across the yard. Regret HusqvarnaConnect, this purchase and should have got a stihl

Can't get past the terrible interface to enter serial number. Only allows numerals Whalen the s/n includes alpha characters. Fix this and I'll consider re-rating!

Opens to advertisements for gardening. Cannot input accurate hours (tenths). Doesn’t have blades listed as parts/accessories. No parts numbers. No “how to contact Husqvarna” information. Pretty useless app.

I just wanted the manual for my zero turn lawn mower and couldn’t even put in the serial number because the input field don’t accept characters. All let us get the manual or a quick start guide.

Just bought s 455R, installed HusqvarnaConnect , scanned the QR code and it tells me the product is not supported. What’s up with that? $500 saw not supported. Can’t even enter it manually as the model is not listed! Did I but an already obsolete chainsaw? What a way to begin a use experience. I hope the saw performs better than HusqvarnaConnect.

I was under the impression that there was going to be a parts diagram because it mentioned “parts” but it only mentions the part and “find a dealer”
I have a dealer about 10 minutes from me and don’t need HusqvarnaConnect to find one for me.
Make it show parts diagrams in case of a breakdown and I’ll change my rating.
Currently zero stars would be more suitable.

Just bought a 455 rancher. I’m the box was a card advertising the connect app. I scanned the wrong code and downloaded it. Tried to scan the QR code on the chainsaw and it says PRODUCT NOT SUPPORTER! Then why is there a qt code on my saw? Pretty stupid Husqvarna.

New gas trimmer isn’t compatible. What a crock. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Bought a 545 mkii and wanted to access the parts information like the info IN THE BOX said. The largest chainsaw they have is a 540. Why is the info in the box if youre not even going to support the saw??!!!

It sounded like a good idea, the ability to get all your manuals and manage warranty registration in one space. I just bought a new 2022 trimmer and it won’t let me add it to HusqvarnaConnect ; it doesn’t even show this model number in HusqvarnaConnect so I can’t add it manually. in the whole barcode QR codeach scanner thing doesn’t work either.

First, if I could give NO stars I would. As another user mentioned, you read the brochure, to download HusqvarnaConnect , to create a login, for app to fail. Couldn’t have said it better. Save the customer money by not having meetings to promote silliness at the conference table.

Bought 330LK and signed up for app, only to be told it’s incompatible. Honestly, I thought an app for a trimmer was dumb to begin with, but had nothing better to do. Turns out it does less than I expected, and that’s saying a lot.

A totally useless app. It does not cover the chain saw model 455 rancher. HusqvarnaConnect is a waste of time. The developers should be ashamed of themselves , for publishing such garbage!! If negative stars were possible HusqvarnaConnect would get a -5!

Downloaded app but found My product not supported. I have 129r brush cutter.

I broke out all my chainsaws to enter them into this great new app and it would only accept my 2022 chainsaw, it would not accept my 2020 or my 2018, or my 2011.
Useless App.

I bought a very common chainsaw and downloaded HusqvarnaConnect but it doesn’t even list my saw. Weird.

App is 4 years old. My equipment is two years old. Wasted time downloading, registering, and scanning- QR scan- the manual input only to find it’s not supported. Lawn mower.

As other reviewers have said, some products are not supported!

I just bought this trimmer new from lowes and it’s not supported by this crappy app. I’m uninstalling asap.

Be nice if they listed the supported equipment before you go through downloading app, creating account, verifying email then have to scan your QR code and find it isn’t support. If not supported, HusqvarnaConnect provides no value

I know this is the thing now I’d rather mail in the registration to know it’s complete oldmilbeer

HusqvarnaConnect is great, but the new battery equipment needs to be added to HusqvarnaConnect .

Still working with this area I understand 3” front and 31/2 rear however can I make 5” front and 51/2 rear

So far so go ! Like the easy line feeder, starts right up , good product!
