I have 4 x LC247Li battery lawnmowers. And the equipment will auto load when connected to Bluetooth but then says “not connected” always. But it will also tell you it was connected a moment ago but never actually says connected or give you any info on the machine past the loading screen where it shows what you have.

I was under the impression that there was going to be a parts diagram because it mentioned “parts” but it only mentions the part and “find a dealer”
I have a dealer about 10 minutes from me and don’t need the app to find one for me.
Make it show parts diagrams in case of a breakdown and I’ll change my rating.
Currently zero stars would be more suitable.

It sounded like a good idea, the ability to get all your manuals and manage warranty registration in one space. I just bought a new 2022 trimmer and it won’t let me add it to the app; it doesn’t even show this model number in the app so I can’t add it manually. in the whole barcode QR codeach scanner thing doesn’t work either.
