Misleading custom service

Attention New customers: Get in writing what your first month or quarter fee is. Jennifer will not tell you there will be a start up fee which is actually a canister fee. Make sure they put an order in for both new customer and new can deliver, or the first week, u will pay but no collection. What a way to make money! They will pick up for one month and send you the next quarter bill. They told me I was actually getting it cheaper then anyone else. Right? I bet NOT. Worst customer service. Oh, and she hung up on me and tried to play it off as if she didn’t. Know your job or let someone else do it for you Jennifer.
App says my address doesn’t exist

We’ve been a customer and paying on their website for many years. But I just downloaded this app and entered our address 3 times (correctly) and the app says we don’t exist. DELETED.
I have no problem with the trash service itself, but the APP is pure garbage! (pun intended)
PS: to the “developer response”…. Don’t even bother typing your canned and cliche response asking me to provide more info so you could look into it. The app will be deleted before you even have a chance to respond, so don’t even waste your time pretending to care.
Used to be a good company

All my neighbors jumped ship from them and I defended them! I guess I spoke to soon. They didn’t pick up my recycling and I have a lot of torn down boxes and an extra can filled since I had no where to put it! I called and they said they apologize, they’ll pick it up Wednesday! Then no show. Called Wednesday, they said they’ll pick it up Thursday! No show. Called again and they said Monday, and I said I would like to cancel my services, they said ok, Monday final service! They picked up their cans and left a mess in front of my house.
Never Again!
