I only have BMOSpendDynamics because work requires it, otherwise, I would not bother. Have not been able to log into app in days; get a prompt to ‘try again later’. How much later do I need to wait? Still haven’t had help from customer service. Cannot log into another device because it asks me to use app to authenticate. I will take down the review after I am helped.

Useless. Can’t authenticate BMOSpendDynamics to use for 2fa. Verified email address on file with card, verified email address works, even sent login authentication mail from web, all work fine. App just does not generate mail.
And without that, you can’t ever see more than the login screen.
BMOSpendDynamics is trash.

I would choose 0 stars if I could. Very poorly thought out. It has minimal functionality compared to other banking apps. It’s worthless, but… you have to have it for dual factor authentication.

“Account temporarily locked. Contact administrator.” I created an account earlier this, and have no issues logging in on the website, but with the same credentials, cannot log into app - frustrating!

“Cannot log-in” at this time. Does BMOSpendDynamics require me to contact my corporate admin to log in? I might as well use a stone and chisel to track expenses. Lol

Don’t bother going through the vigorous process to download BMOSpendDynamics because IT DOES
NOT ALLOW YOU TO PAY YOUR BILL!! If you call to try and make a payment over the phone they want to charge you $14.00 bucks??? If you complain they advise you to go to your browser at spend dynamics and go through yet another vigorous time consuming process to pay your dang bill…and you can’t even use your ATM to pay it has to be with a check, I mean who carries checks these days?? It’s not 1985 people? So you may want to give up and just simply ask for a mailed statement ahhhh but wait…. There’s more they want to charge you $3.00 a month for that!!! I now see why they have only 2 stars for their app, with very little users, if I could give zero I would. No perks what so ever!!!

Garbage. The code changes every few seconds and you can't time/align it with the website log-in asking for it. The worst process ever.
