Bad: zero stars
I only have this app because work requires it, otherwise, I would not bother. Have not been able to log into app in days; get a prompt to ‘try again later’. How much later do I need to wait? Still haven’t had help from customer service. Cannot log into another device because it asks me to use app to authenticate. I will take down the review after I am helped.

Does not send authentication mail
Useless. Can’t authenticate the app to use for 2fa. Verified email address on file with card, verified email address works, even sent login authentication mail from web, all work fine. App just does not generate mail. And without that, you can’t ever see more than the login screen. This app is trash.

This is worse then their web app
I would choose 0 stars if I could. Very poorly thought out. It has minimal functionality compared to other banking apps. It’s worthless, but… you have to have it for dual factor authentication.
