Downloaded FinimizeFinanceNewsInsights opened an article read thru it tried to read another one and what do you know paywall. $80 paywall at that. They offer you 7 day trial but when you do you realize its not worth the money. $80 for articles you can find online for free i guess you pay because s... Show more omeone is reading them to you idk but even then $80 seems pretty steep they have a $12 month plan even that for what they offer seems steep unless they change the prices and content i and others that i have read reviews for wont be using this 2nd rate scam app

The number of fake reviews is staggering. It’s almost like subscriptions were given for free at colleges in exchange for 5 star reviews. This is the only app in Notification Center that Apple prompts whether to continue receiving notifications.

* You can’t use FinimizeFinanceNewsInsights without providing an email address. Why do you need my email address right at the beginning?
* You can’t use FinimizeFinanceNewsInsights without signing up for a subscription. Free trial isn’t really free. You’re signing up for an annual subscription that you can cancel in 7 days for no charge. The burden is on you to cancel. This sort of predatory nonsense says a lot.
* The articles in FinimizeFinanceNewsInsights are extremely basic… stuff you can get for free from your brokerage, cnbc and personal finance bloggers.
* Stock coverage is poor.
* I invested some money in the market based on recommendations in FinimizeFinanceNewsInsights articles and actually lost money (S&P index funds were up 21% during the same period)
* The privacy policy is scary. Your data is immediately harvested.

When you tap on any image, whether it’s a graph/plot, table, diagram, etc, and try to pinch zoom in, or scroll in any direction, it flickers, it doesn’t scroll, and so on, that is, in summary, the handling o... Show more f images is a complete disaster, it’s very annoying, and most of images need to be zoomed in so you can see the details because at the end of the day it’s in a smart phone screen, and even on the biggest size screen iPhones, most image info is just not visible enough. I hope that the fix this issue ASAP or I’m not renewing my annual subscription.

This is a great app for brand new investors who have excess money for such a premium subscription (a bit of a paradox). Show more n get most of the information for free elsewhere on these popularly covered stocks. Even tickers and stock value data is not available -pretty basic content for stock market advisory app.
If this is the niche they choose, then so be it. I’d at least recommend that they create some kind of survey system where users can ask questions and Finimize can write articles more geared to popular questions, even if those questions are about a less popular international stock that is traded on the NYSE.

I’m a pharmaceutical investor and needed an efficient way to to get alerts when news dropped for my positions so I can get in and out in a well informed manner. So I give up on that and do a little browsing to find an article about how to select divided stocks; article was garbage. Talked about how some investors choose to pursue a dividend heavy portfolio (duh) but didn’t talk at all about selecting what to buy. This might be geared more for people just starting out but I wouldn’t recommend for everyone.

Finimize manages to do what hallowed institutions either refuse to do or are unable to do... get with the times. They provide solid financial information, interesting insights, and helpful background packs (for when you need to bone up on a particular mechanism for investing or quirk of the market)... I have found that Finimize has the perfect balance of serious financial news with legitimate analysis (as opposed to click bait you see elsewhere) and delivering it in easy to read emails and their app. They even record audio of the same info if you would prefer to listen in the car or on the go. Much more accessible than the old stuffy advisors (e.g. Morningstar), but just as good info. Love Finimize, and think it’s worth every penny.

I despise reading 40 pages of terms and conditions before you can even see FinimizeFinanceNewsInsights and content. This is a great way to pass the time during your morning routine, commute or just to drown out the noise of your wife and kids. The analysts in London always have good points and Jackson Cantrell or whatever only makes you cringe sometimes. Overall it’s worth the money and I enjoy it.

Fantastic app - it’s simple and informative, which is exactly what I need to get a grip on the finance world as an ‘outsider’. It’s also well designed and funny so surprisingly, despite it being finance...I don’t find it boring!
