The update is useless. It won’t let me log into my account. I am 100% sure my login information is correct but it keeps telling me it’s not and now I can’t cash my checks or check my account. Fix this please
I have not seen any improvement from NorthstarBank change. I did however being locked out of my account while waiting to get new user information so that was nice. They added some more things that are basically useless being that I removed them from dashboard and can manage everything I did before. I have to give a star to write the review. NorthstarBank works, but I’ve yet to see why they changed it.
Mobile Deposit Feature isn’t very good compared to some other banks
I can only get on my phone but not the iPad. I could use both before but not now very frustrating also asking for nick name I have tried 7 and they are already taken
