Bad experience
The app has a lot of glitches, I took a while to be able to place an order. A lot of unwanted items were added to my bill. I managed to delete some of them before the payment, but I still got charged for other items which i didn’t realize until the receipt was sent. Delivery: Fruits were 80%expired. Ordered a 2 liter milk bottle, received an old one (1 day to expiry) Bad experience.

Disappointed
I pay a correct amount through debit... nobody call me before delivery that there is two items is cancelled because of out of stock... and then the delivery boy doesn’t say anything to me... when I check my item that’s the time I notice that I have 2 missing item... and I paid a real amount... I was call the lulu office they said it will be refund to my bank after 10-15 working days... very bad service... 😠 And plzzz... if the item is not available write it on out of stock so that the customer knows that it’s not available..... plzzz improve your apps
