No Bus

I arrived in terminal 5 LHR downloaded HotelHoppa purchased a ticket and activated it foolishly!! I waited along with another customer for over an hour at the freezing cold bus stop and none of the buses were going to my hotel!! That was on the list, Not only that my ticket expired. The other customer couldn’t wait any longer and got a cab and I used public transport which was way more convenient as it turned out.

They have a monopoly at Heathrow so they don’t care

Had to wait over an hour in the cold for the right bus to arrive to take me to my hotel 10 minutes away. I was supposed to get bus H2B that according to their sign picks up at terminal 2, 53 minutes past every hour. Yet every bus that pulled up with H2B On the sign changed its name as soon as they pulled up. And told me to take the next bus. For an entire hour!

Misleading

Very misleading times tables, and route for H5A shows it should go directly to my hotel and instead goes in all sorts of directions, including terminal 4, I would have bought a taxi and saved myself an hour if it was represented accurately. Definitely do not use this bus service. Also bus driver was flippant and rude.

Going in circles

“Easy and 3 clicks” was what we were told by the hotel we were staying in. It’s been 35 minutes and with payment issues and scheduling a time, we only have one ticket so far. Next time we will take the bus.

Massive queues waiting for Hoppa at T5

HotelHoppa showed buses moving around but there was a 100m long queue and then the rumor went up that there were no more buses and sure enough none came. Not a great start for my first time using this service.

What a hassle

Why does each person have to have HotelHoppa ? Why can one person buy all of the tickets, this is a inconvenient app

Frustrating

HotelHoppa wouldn’t accept payments. Kept looping us to start over. Entered name and other demographic info at least 5 times.

Card was charged. Ticket not delivered.

I purchased a ticket. My card was charged. I did not receive the ticket.

Avoid if you can. This is an absolute waste of time, money and energy.

Arrived Heathrow terminal 3 at 10:30 p.m. App said last bus 11:15. Bus never showed up. Took a taxi. Can I give it a zero?

You might as well write the tickets purchasing in Gibberish.

The Hoppa service itself is convenient but HotelHoppa is a poor excuse. The live tracker is usually inaccurate, the lines don’t list all the hotels the Hoppa stops at, HotelHoppa is generally slow and hard to load. Use it for your tickets only.

Lacks the Basicx

I want to know where to get the bus at Terminal 2 at LHR. Incredibly difficult. Lots of info, but none of the basics.

I tried to plan my route, and NONE I f the options on a Friday night included Hoppa
