I have two wallet IDs with BitPay on my mobile phone. The problem started with one of my 12 recovery phrases was not recognized. A message "Something went wrong Invalid backup" I've received 12 recovery phrases in order and backup on 08-29-2023. On 11-07-2023, I updated BitPay APP download on "Quick Link" BitPay platform. After open the APP on home screen, my Bitcoin has a zero balance. I can prove that a transaction Bitcoin fund was received from BitPay wallet ID on 08-11-2023. I was disappointed when reaching out to BitPay support/help. They weren't able to fix the problem! My account of BitPay was compromised. I would like to know how can I recover my money?
