I’m not able to use the Apple Watch version after updating to v3.5, 5 days ago. It keeps saying “Your iPhone is not responding. Open MaloufBase on your phone and try again”. It works just fine on my iPhone. I have the Apple Watch series 8. My phone and watch both have the latest iOS. I’m not sure it anyone else is having this issue.

I just purchased the M455 Malouf adjustable frame. The frame works great with the remote control that came with it.
I downloaded MaloufBase for my iPhone but it will not sync to my phone nor to my wife’s phone.
I don’t know it’s MaloufBase or the bed that is the problem.

When MaloufBase is working it's great. However it's way too easy to accidentally delete your entire bed set up by tapping on a bottom icon or swiping left. Also after using it for about 2 to 3 weeks suddenly it stops operating the bed. The only way to fix it is to delete MaloufBase and start over which is very frustrating! Come on developers fix it please!

App is easy to use, but it unpairs from the bed every time MaloufBase closes or the phone goes to sleep. This is very in convenient in the middle of the night especially.

Hard to criticize Malouf as MaloufBase works well and having the watch app is pretty stellar. But I’m a bit surprised at the inability to either add custom presets or to adjust the existing presets. Fix that Malouf and you have a 5 star app!

I really enjoy the simplicity of MaloufBase, especially the Siri Shortcuts. It has served us well. The only perplexing part for me is that the “alarm” button/function never showed up on MaloufBase , and I was most excited to try it out. I have the M555 and don’t know if it’s just not compatible with that feature, or if I somehow set things up wrong. Would love some help. Other than that, no complaints!

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Apple Watch app after updating to new iOS. Just keeps saying it can’t detect my base and to open on iPhone. It still works great on my iPhone 14 Pro Max with new iOS just not the Apple Watch. As someone who is disabled I rely on MaloufBase to work on my Watch as I wear that to bed so I don’t have to always sleep with my phone.

Update - resetting network settings on my iPhone seems to have resolved this issue.

MaloufBase worked great for a while. I’m not sure if it was an app update or iOS update, but MaloufBase is now a little glitchy with my S755 bases. If I leave MaloufBase open after using it, then try to use it again a few minutes later, the base doesn’t respond. I have to go back to MaloufBase landing page, select the bed again and then MaloufBase works again. First world problem, but nonetheless frustrating.

I have loved using MaloufBase. It was really easy to connect the first time and has worked seamlessly since. I love the “Hey Siri” features and not having to always use the remote.
MaloufBase and adjustable base have been game changers.

MaloufBase works perfectly. Used it for a month now and have had no problems. Apps connects super easy with no extra buttons to press on the bed.

So far MaloufBase works great, but my app does not have the Alarm function shown in the pictures or described in advertising material; this is a function I was really looking forward to. Any idea how to get that functionality back?

Since the adjustable base I use already has USB ports I plug in my phone at night to charge it next to my bed. I can use MaloufBase from my phone instead of trying to find the remote so it’s been more convenient.

MaloufBase is so user friendly and easy to navigate. Not hard to connect to the base and MaloufBase reacts just as quickly as the remote. Hands free Siri Shortcuts are really fantastic and the new snore control keeps me sleeping peacefully at night. Great app!

The design of MaloufBase is so simple, even your grandma could figure it out. Connecting my phone to the adjustable was super easy- just be sure to turn Bluetooth ON!

Honestly though, this is so cool to have for those moments you can’t find the included remote, or the remote falls in the toilet, or your significant other has the remote and they’re snoring so you want to raise their head. It works for all of those very common moments.

I have had problems in the past with my app disconnecting from my adjustable base quickly but this one connects quick and stays connected. By far the best I have used.

I really love MaloufBase. It paired so easily and even let me name my base—which was huge since my husband and I have a Split King set-up. I love the alarm feature. It’s a gentler way to wake up compared to my beeping alarm. I highly recommend MaloufBase and base. I can’t imagine my life without it.

Having the ability to control my bed base from my phone is next level. I have a adjustable queen so my wife keeps the remote and I use my phone.

I really love the alarm clock on my bed base, it’s a great way to gently wake up.
The addition of Siri short cuts is amazing. I have the ability to record a frame then tell seri to put me in “zero g” is amazing. Just wait for Siri to finish one command before you change your mind.

MaloufBase is well made and most importantly works. Rumor has it it works on some other brands adjustable beds, but I haven’t tested that.

MaloufBase connects automatically in seconds, making it even easier to use than the remote. It has all the positions and the layout is very user friendly. The alarm feature works super well, makes getting out of bed in the morning a little easier!
