I just purchased a Premium base. I installed the Lucid Base app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max that’s running iOS 15. LucidBase was able to detect my Premium base just fine. But any button I press on LucidBase makes LucidBase crash every time. I tried to delete and reinstall LucidBase and it does the same thing. Very disappointed in LucidBase because that was one of the main reasons why I chose this base.

Unable to connect, no device found. So hassle for return bed back, that weight 150lbs, and wasted time moving around. Stay away from Lucid.

I purchased the Bluetooth module to enable phone control of my L300 base because I thought it would be easier to control my bed’s adjustments from my phone. I was wrong. Most of the time the in-app buttons don’t register that I’ve tapped them. Long pressing sends bursts of commands and I don’t get a smooth incline or recline. I can not use the buttons for zero gravity or anti-snore, but I can use Siri. The option to flatten the bed doesn’t work most of the time either.

At some point the module disappeared from my Bluetooth menu. That’s probably the issue but I can’t pair the module to my phone again. The module will not go into pairing mode since its been paired to the remote on first set up.

It’s also annoying that the option to store preset positions in LucidBase is missing. It’s also strange that the L600 has several preset options the L300 doesn’t despite them sharing the same articulation. The difference seems to be the “massage” feature. This shouldn’t preclude the position presets from being available to L300 models.

This is a well made app. Works as promised.
There are still some bugs, hopefully will be fixed.

1. TV position is not mapped.
2. No way to turn off Massage once started.
3. Snore detection mode. App should allow return to a whatever preset such as TV, Read, Zero G or even better what ever was set before entering the snore detected position.
(Most Important for me)

I like Siri and shortcut integration. Integration with HomeKit or Command Center would be a cherry on the cake.

This could be programmed for LucidBase , when I looked at the remote I was a bit disappointed but with LucidBase it would be amazing and relatively simple to program.

please consider adding this functionality!

Extended feature or position by time: zero G - 10pm. 12:00am sleep mode. 5:15 am wake up: reading position.

And this can be programmed in LucidBase relatively quick, Same inputs just automated on a timer. Not sure about the firm ware but if you can interface via Bluetooth I don’t see why not.

I’m in product development and a long time developer. I’ll even give you a cool marketing name lucids sleep motion ™️

Please get this done. 🤩😉👍🏽

After I purchased the L300 bed I came across the bluetooth module that works well with LucidBase , and it has been great so far. The integration with Siri has been really helpful, however there are a couple of issues. First, the only two presets available for sleep and zero g do not work. Whenever i press either button nothing happens and the frame does not move, even though if i use the Siri integration it works just fine. The second improvement is that although the Siri integration is great, it requires that LucidBase be opened because the Bluetooth is set to only “When using LucidBase ”. It’s be better if i could set it to “Always” but the option is not available. If it was then i would be able to use Siri commands at anytime without having to open LucidBase first. Overall great, except for these two areas of improvement.

Great for the most part. Only bug that’s slightly annoying is LucidBase right now for me can only have one alarm active at the moment. Meaning i can’t have two wake up alarms, one for weekends and one for weekdays.

LucidBase is simple in the way all great art is simple. Intuitive controls from my phone are life changing. Plus, I love customizing and naming my bed. With the L600, life is but a dream.

App works great for the most part. Sometimes there are some glitches where the buttons won’t work but I just need to relaunch LucidBase . Aside from that, great overall.

I recently purchased the Lucid adjustable base bed in queen size and it works beautifully. I have the remote and was just wondering whether LucidBase would work well with the bed. After download it seems it will not pair with my base maybe because it’s not an old 300 or L 600?
