App no longer remote starts grill. Why do I have this again? It's become a worthless data hogging app with zero purpose. It doesn't update temps properly, notify me of reaching its set point, or now start my grill so it can be ready on my way home from work so, why should I keep it?

The Rec teq app works great on my IPhone, I’m able to access all the recipes. Not able to do the same on my iPad?on my iPad the only recipe I’m able to access is the last one in each category. Wondering why?

I have changed my wifi and now after removing and installing the recteq iPhone app, I cannot add a device. I touch the “ + “ to add and nothing happens. I have tried multiple times. Added another router closer to the grill but it will not do anything anymore. Please help!
