Have called customer service 2 times. Bought Bullseye in August 2021. Grill will not always hold stable temp, pellets jam and right now is useless if I can’t leave it unattended.

My recteq will not maintain a flame. I started it Saturday morning, it started to heat then threw an error (I did not notice what the code was) then it would not start heating again. It didn’t appear to be feeding pellets. I’d had problems several times with the pellets jamming. I’ve removed jams three times. I keep a cover on it when I’m not using it. Help! I paid to much for this to be a boat anchor. You can call me at 803-514-0006 Thanks!

The release notes aren’t very specific, I cant see any changes… i still have to use a slider to punch in my temps and the temperature history screen is still useless.

Great Grill, Wifi is Garbage

Great grill as long as you do not want to monitor or control it. The wifi controller is flaky and garbage. It will show connected and work then stop, mfr is using old technology because it is cheaper and claiming it is better.

My grill won’t connect to my Bluetooth. The 1250 grill isn’t even shown as a grill option on the app. So I don’t know if it won’t connect because it just can’t Or because it’s not a option.
