Over 40% of all greenhouse gas emissions worldwide are the result of the production, transport, storage and preparation of food. The ecological impact of our food consumption is substantive. To save the climate, changing our diets is imperative. At the same time, over 800 million people worldwide are starving. Climate change will further worsen this situation. It is suited for everybody independent of location and culture. We developed this app to simplify the integration of the “Planetary Health Diet” into everyday life.
