DC UNIVERSE INFINITE Status

I log in but nothing on the home page loads. All the other tabs load and display properly. I deleted the app and also loaded it on another device and it does the same thing. Please help!

When I try to read a comic, I get a picture of Alfred Pennyworth. I hit retry, but it just keeps coming up with Alfred. I have updated iOS, and reinstalled the app, but it keeps doing the same thing.

I can log into my profile on my desktop and phone, but it won't allow me to log into it on my tablet.

It works fine on my phone but on my tablet it crashes every time I try to open it. It's been like this for some months already.

When I try to open the “My DC” tab the app freezes/crashes around 90-95% of the time. Otherwise the app works great.

Every time I try to open the app on my iPad it crashes and takes me back to my homepage... it’s been this way for at least 2 weeks

I cannot open the app as every time I click on it it just freezes and then sends me back to the Home Screen I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and have restarted my phone

I am using the Infinite app on my iPad and it only displays in horizontal mode. Been that way for weeks. How can I fix it?

The app freezes upon loading frequently and when trying to load “My Comic”. 6th Gen ipad, IOS up to date, 32 gig iPad with 10 gigs free.

I signed up for a monthly subscription but it keeps saying there’s an issue and that I should restart the app. But when I do it says the same thing.
