I am able to login no problem, click every option except when I click one of the play modes it does not go into que. instead it every option goes dark and I am not able to play. This has been happening for the last 2 days now.

I have a ipad3 & when I open tft the choice of rank playing is not there anymore. All I got is normal or territorial icons. What can I do to fix & get the rank icon choice back to appear. Thanks Joel

TFT on phone XIAOMI MI 9T PRO was working flawlesly untill patch 12.12. From 12.12 I had crashes during loading screen all the time and keep getting error notification. Since patch 12.13 app crashes also during the game. Error notification is still there. I reinstalled the game, and did everything from your support site. Nothing helped Please fix those issues, beacause game is going to be unplayable soon

App on ipad shuts down randomly. Also keep getting application error notifications. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no better

How to fix TFT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TFT app on iPhone
Update TFT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TFT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TFT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TFT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TFT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TFT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TFT App
1. On android, goto Settings » TFT » click [Force Stop]

Update TFT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TFT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TFT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TFT.

Fix TFT unable to contact server/ TFT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TFT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TFT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TFT
