Close and restart the PrestoPark app on iPhone
Update PrestoPark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PrestoPark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PrestoPark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PrestoPark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PrestoPark not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PrestoPark app issues:

Force Stop the PrestoPark App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PrestoPark app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PrestoPark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PrestoPark App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PrestoPark app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PrestoPark.

Fix PrestoPark unable to contact server/ PrestoPark internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PrestoPark » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PrestoPark » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PrestoPark on android.
