I put in hallmark I get the channel then it freezes and makes a weird noise.Then it cuts out and goes to debuting fire tv.

I constantly have buffering issues and sometimes it gives me a stream is offline. I am trying to watch a football game and now it says java.io.IOException: Failed to connect to main-x.Ivnv.serverling.online/45.12.1.23:80. I have no game on any channel.am using a firestick and have 379.06 Mbps. This is VERY frustrating!
Why do I get the 404 error code and what can I do to get rid of it? We haven’t been able to access CUE for months. About ready to unsubscribe.
I can go to channels but when I click on any channel to watch a program I get a 'source error'.
As I try to watch a movie, it is duplicated on the screen and I can't get it to play normal. As I look through the movies, I also notice that there a a lot of duplicates also and I haven't seen this in the past.
I now have 3 tvs hooked up for the cue. My problem is one shows no info on the screen with the channels. I have no idea what the program is or the name of the movie. I’m sure it’s a simple fix but I haven’t figured it out yet. lol. Love it though so far. Thanks

All channels freeze up after about 30 seconds
Nothing is playing. Getting an error code 404 No descriptions are coming up… what the hell? Three nights in a row!
We were gone for a couple weeks. Now the program information area is blank. How do we fix that?
When I open the app it just sits there. You can’t even navigate the app.

Their are no listings for and of the channel lineups. Last week I had to uninstall and re install Cue Streaming app to fix this. I don't want to do this every week.
When you pull up the channels there are no programs listed it says no information. How do I fix it.
