I have been with cue for some time. The service has gotten terrible. I belong to a large group under Brad Barton. I have tried to get in touch with someone at your office for help and can not get a response. My system will not let me get full usage and has not done so for over 2 months. If I try to get a movie, it tells me it is not available and when I go on the availalbe lists, there are only 3 or 4 movies available. The same goes for the series. Your system is telling me that there are no series available. Please help. I want to keep the service but I am not getting anywere near in value for what I am paying. Brad had said there was a phone number we can call direct for people in his downline but I don't have that number any longer. Please help and respond. I need to talk to somone who can help me. Also, when I try to get on line on my computer, it always tells me I have the wrong password but will not let me change it.

I have the CUE app on my Iphone. I can see lots of movies but no TV channels. Why can’t I view TV channels on my Iphone?
I have Cue Streaming on several TV' in the home. All were working fine. On one TV it shows the channels but no info. I do not know what is showing!! I have deleted the app and reapplied getfile.tv/cue and everything like before on this and all the other TV's but when I go to any and all channels it shows No Information
We are not getting info for the channels and have to select each one to find out what is on the channel
I have been trying to access Cue Streaming with my Firestick and get to the point where I type in getfile.tv/cueplayer. and I keep getting the message that Cue is updating and will be back soon. I tried 2 days ago and again today several times. I received my welcome letter and the instructions on how to install on August 22 so I assume I should be able to install. I have three charges for cue streaming in the month of June. Two of them on June 1 2023 then one one June 7 2023 with a credit back on June 8 2023. For one charge. So now I figure the first two charges are for June and July payments. Called the number on my bank statement Mr Butler and the message system is full and unable to except more messages. I never received my welcome letter when signing up and their was a big delay in the website due to so many signing up...#1 will I get welcome latter that has info for signing on to CUE and will there be a grace period extended for those that signed up but website overload this next subscription payment period for July?? ALSO I keep having an error with my password to sign in online set up but in my back office it says the same password so I am not sure what is happening Please help. Thank You Trudy

I have 2 charges of 59.99 pending. I am sure it is my fault as there was a delay in responding that it was accepted. Could you please refund that amount and only have my account with 1 subscription. Thanks in advance. Terri
