Let me first say that it takes individual accountability to be mindful and continue to be throughout each day. That being said, if you are committed to this program, it’s designed to give you the daily practice, guidance and focused meditation to be the best version of yourself and spread your happiness to the world. It’s focus on cognitive development of skills and tools will help you be more positive, grow in your awareness, and appreciate all aspects of life— even through the struggles we all face.
