Order of operations

by RonnieJebel

8/2(2+2) = 1 It gives me 16 for an answer. The order of operations tells me parentheses first, then multiplication, then division. It should give me an answer of 1. It gives me the wrong answer.

I’ve read the developer’s reply and found their reasoning flawed. I can’t see people paying for a subscription to this app. When they learn how to do math I may reinstall their app but for now I am looking for another.

Well, not everything

I want to sum durations in mixed units of measure. Specifically, how long it takes to complete a list of tasks. I’ve timed each task and have results in minutes and seconds. The only time tasks you have are durations between two time points. This is quite a gap in your claim that your app calculates everything — there’s another app that adds times. Says to me there’s a need for this type of calculation. Perhaps add the word “nearly” — then it would be truthful. As it is, right now you’re over promising and under delivering.

Too ads annoying while using

I can understand that it’s free and that the developer needs to make money, but don’t have an ad flash in front of my face while I’m typing numbers in. Make it an ad banner or something on the bottom. I uninstalled it because it was getting so ridiculous.
