Get Pricing Info for Paytronix SystemsI went into the chino hills California location to redeem my birthday regular buffalo fries because I am a loyalty customer, so the girl that was there didn’t have much knowledge about the program so she asked for my number && it went through for the free Buffalo fries I then had points for drinks && wanted to redeem them && she couldn’t do it so she went && asked another employee && he told her they don’t do the loyalty program so I’m confused I was able to redeem my fries but not the drinks which makes no sense if the program doesn’t exist why would I be able to redeem one thing but not the other so those point stayed in my redeem for the 2 drinks && expire today. Completely disappointed. Then when my order was ready as she’s talking to a customer she signals my bag so I get up && pick up because she couldn’t even hand it just left it at the counter very unprofessional if she is helping another customer why not finish then help the next. Bad experience

The app needs lots of love...
Issue 1: When you “Order Now” you’re redirected away from the app to the Buffalo Spot site in a browser.
Issue 2: The app does not store your location. Once in the aforementioned browser, you have to scroll to find your favorite store from a large list of all Buffalo Spot locations.
Issue 3: After selecting your location, you’re redirected AGAIN to a 3rd party site in your browser (Cake). The Cake site never loads properly on a mobile browser, so basically you can’t order through the app at all - you can either order though your PC or phone it in.
Issue 4: A loyalty/rewards program exists, but you cannot earn points unless you “check in” while paying at the register. So if order through your PC in advance (since the app doesn’t work), you cannot earn points. The only workaround is to phone it in in advance, pay on arrival, and hopefully you remember to use the “check in” function on the app.
Look, I love the food at my local Buffalo Spot. I order multiple times a week since work-from-home has been made mandatory. There’s no shame in copying notes from pizza joint apps. Domino’s, Papa Johns, etc. ALL keep the user in the app (no browser redirects), they memorize your favorite store location, ordering is very simple, and their loyalty programs work in tandem with their apps. Please update and get it right, guys. Thx

I’ve successfully ordered on the website and I do it regularly but I’ve never been able to get the app to load past the splash screen. Hopefully they can optimize it soon so I can use the app !
