I have a problem with Pocket Salon

User reports:
No current problems

- Stylists cannot communicate back to users

- Some products, like Cherry Almond, do not show up

- Cannot buy gift cards

- App does not retain client's payment information

- App needs to be more user-friendly and have better design

To resolve Pocket Salon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pocket Salon App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pocket Salon » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pocket Salon App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pocket Salon » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pocket Salon.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pocket Salon » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pocket Salon » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pocket Salon
