Terrible app
I am visiting Camden, Maine, and when I put in the zip of a salon I know I is on the app, it doesn’t appear! If I type the name of the salon, it works. That’s a terrible design flaw. Also, when trying to book, I can’t search by day. I have to click on the service, then each stylist (who are all booked). Such a time waster. This app is awful - just use google search and call the salon to book!

Worked once
This is not working! I cannot log in to my account, I can’t create an account because it says it is already in use, I cannot change my password or retrieve a lost password because it says it doesn’t recognize my email. I used this one time in my 3 visits and it worked perfectly one time. Please fix so I can use contactless checkout. Thank you.

Unreliable
I have had nothing but trouble using this app. It often kicks me off, and when I try to log back in, it won’t let me. It is currently telling me it doesn’t recognize my email address but then when I try to create a new account it says my address is already being used. So frustrating.
