PocketSalon makes the check out process so simple and quick. Guests check out paying for services and product purchases while they are still in the chair. It’s quick and they do it from their phone. I love how they can see their history of previous product purchases and their service history. PocketSalon also shows any upcoming appointments.

It would be nice to be able to cancel an appointment. We had log in issues in the beginning- we needed to first sign up on the salon’s website for it to work, and had to wait a couple days. Maybe they can write the days the stylists work, so I’m not clicking everyday. It’s a good idea for an app but there are a lot of things that need to be ironed out.

A few of my guests have been testing PocketSalon for us, and we’ve noticed now that PocketSalon does not retain the client’s payment information, so they’re having to enter it every time they want to check out.
Also, they can send messages to us but we can’t respond to them from the SalonBiz app.
Please add these features so that we can get the most out of PocketSalon !

I am visiting Camden, Maine, and when I put in the zip of a salon I know I is on PocketSalon , it doesn’t appear! If I type the name of the salon, it works. That’s a terrible design flaw.

Also, when trying to book, I can’t search by day. I have to click on the service, then each stylist (who are all booked). Such a time waster. PocketSalon is awful - just use google search and call the salon to book!

This is not working! I cannot log in to my account, I can’t create an account because it says it is already in use, I cannot change my password or retrieve a lost password because it says it doesn’t recognize my email. I used this one time in my 3 visits and it worked perfectly one time. Please fix so I can use contactless checkout. Thank you.

Wish the stylist could communicate back to me. Cherry Almond doesn’t show up. Can’t buy gift cards.

Nothing is easily located or works well on PocketSalon. If I had choice I wouldn’t use PocketSalon

Perfect for social distancing and still looking good! Wish it had product descriptions but still a great way to give local salons business during the pandemic!

I have had nothing but trouble using PocketSalon. It often kicks me off, and when I try to log back in, it won’t let me. It is currently telling me it doesn’t recognize my email address but then when I try to create a new account it says my address is already being used. So frustrating.

I was really excited for PocketSalon and then I barely got started before having issues. I was trying to create an account and after filling out all my information and hitting the create account button, it crashed. Tried a few times and happened each time.

Color appointments don’t book correctly - accounting for the wrong length of application timeframe to schedule - making available spots to book, unavailable.... totally not what we need for our clients, as we will lose out on online booking opportunities.

PocketSalon is just bad from the design to the testing. It doesn’t save login information. It clearly was not tested very well. It’s a complete waste, what is the point of PocketSalon if I end up calling the salon each time anyways because PocketSalon isn’t working.

I’m using an iPhone SE and the Create Account page is too big for the phone. There appears to be no scrolling capability so I can’t access any elements located below the password field which then means I’m unable to complete setup.

I downloaded PocketSalon but have been unable to create an account. When trying to create an account, the screen will not scroll down further to re-enter a password.

I use my email and it never works or recognizes my email. The salon suggested to delete PocketSalon and start over....still does not recognize my email. Therefore, it is either PocketSalon or the salon?

Creating an account horrible. Type in password and it says type in password. Type in email it says type in email first!

PocketSalon has trouble finding my registration. Then when you finally get logged in, it doesn’t let me do anything. Every section is blank except my personal information. Frustrating.

Doesn’t register any of my appointments I’ve made for the future or past appointments in history. The only thing that shows up or works is my purchase history from the salon of a nail polish I bought.

I would like to try PocketSalon.! But, I have tried x 10 just to create an account! No dice it just closes out after all information is entered!

Tried to create an account several times and PocketSalon just force closes when I tap the submit button.

Clients are getting a lot of error messages when trying to create an account , retrieve an account , and their current services aren’t showing up and some products haven’t seem to show up for them to purchase but that are in stock at the salon.
An older person may find PocketSalon very fussy to use.
It is taking a long time to set up and access to use.
I’ve had a few successes but it should be faster , simpler , and the esthetic is kind of bland.

Apps kicks you out all the time, can’t login to account nor reset password - lost all my information. Needs more beta testing. Be a useful app if it worked properly.

What?!!! I am NOT paying up front for a service I'll be receiving a month from now. Scam.

I entered my email address (the same one that received the email) and PocketSalon couldn’t locate me in database.

PocketSalon doesn’t work at all. I would give it no stars but it won’t send that way.

I installed PocketSalon and it doesn’t work.
I am in charlotte and whatever zip code I enter same salon comes up.
