Have the Evolv AI 2400 running on Samsung S23+. Had aids less than 2 weeks and 2 times in the first week, my mobile internet connection was completely disabled and the only way I could get it back was to do factory reset on phone, App keeps crashing, saying it's got a bug that the developer needs to address. Also keeps telling my to clear cache. When I first put them on in am, I have to unpair and repair to get them to connect to app. One, if not both will turn completely off at times. Have to open battery and close to reconnect. Pretty much worthless as far as the app goes. Can't even mute aids on the aids like I could my previous ones. All I'm basically able to do is adjust volume and normal/restaurant on aids themself, in stead of app due to it not working most of the time. Thank you.
My Thrive app crashes constantly. and I mean constantly I have had my hearing aides less than a month and they have not even one day stayed connected to my phone. at best I get 4 hours before they can not be found. I keep getting told to turn hearing aides off and back on and reload the thrive app. I CAN NOT EVERY 2 HOURS AT WORK STOP AND UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE THRIVE APP!!!!! I keep getting told there is nothing wrong with the app, but when every i look at my phone health I see "THRIVE CRASHES REGULARLY" Also all of my memories are doubled up, and the normal and stream memories have an x over the first letters and when I set to them the thrive app says sides different. I have no Why would this be? Any response from your extortion racket would be nice. All I can get is there are no known issues even though there are thousands of posts online.
My Thrive hearing aid with rechargeable batteries is 16 months old. The right side battery will only hold a charge for 10 hours or less. Is this a common problem? Does the battery need replaced? Do I contact where I bought it? This is discouraging as my day last longer than 10 hours and putting it on charge during day is not always an option. Thank you.
Thrive app worked well until the update. Now I can not even get to the app! How many times do I have to set up an account? 10 20 100 ?.?.. My iPhone has the most recent update. Fix your damn app!!

The Thrive app is slow to load, even slower to identify hearing aids, and completely forgetful about custom settings that users make. At the moment, the application is incompatible with iOS 15: the app starts, but it is unable to find any device at all. Those devices show up perfectly well in Apple‘s Settings app, but they are completely MIA in Thrive. That does not make me feel at all positive about Starkey's technology or its commitment to its customers.
Follow-up: Starkey’s response implies, in essence, that maintaining compatibility is the customer’s responsibility. If every other app/device interface required disabling the device, removing it from memory, restarting the iPhone, and reconnecting the device, no one would have time to do anything else. Add in that software updates to the hearing aids require a visit to an audiologist and higher-than-usual fees, and the user can be said to be penalized for OS upgrades.

There really isn't much to like about this app. Maybe that the company’s original idea to develop an app to allow the aid wearer to configure them to their advantage. An equalizer is a good start, but for my aids it is worthless.
The app has too many added features that do not function to my advantage. In particular the edge mode and the sound space. What are these features meant for? You give us a crosshair and four quadrants that have zero meaning and expect us to move an icon around the screen and listen for changes? I hear zero change.
Why add features that make no sense whatsoever with no hint as to what its function is. Another is why add features that are already available on the iPhone such as through the health app?

Thrive and my Livio AI aids worked as expected with my iPhone 6s for about a year, then the bluetooth connection became intermittent and soon stopped working at all. My hearing doc said it was because Apple won’t support a Thrive connection to 6s phone or older models. I suspect that it’s actually because Starkey won’t update Thrive to adjust to newer iOS versions for older phones. My 6s phone still connects to everything else, including cars, tvs and Bluetooth speakers. I had Apple check the phone too and they said there was nothing wrong. A lot of money (almost $11,000) for a defective product. One star!
