2 years agoI cancelled this subscription 2 days after I got it and now I just saw that I have been charged for months I mean it's over $60 do you guys have taken and I don't even use this app I haven't used it in months like I said I used it for 2 days and canceled it so I'm furious that you guys have been taken this much money from me and I I would like it back my email address is eazye975@redacted

3 years agoI have Apple holding me up for 48 hours on a refund. I was charged as soon as I downloaded this app and deleted it right after it downloaded bc it’s the wrong app for one and for two I’d never agree to pay $60 plus for an app. Please contact me ASAP with information on getting my refund faster

Does not work on iPhone Anymore. Apple needs to remove from App Store.
Loud squealing on iPhone X no matter how I adjust the settings. Even tried it on my iPhone 7 and it does the same thing. Used to work fine on my iPhone 7 but whatever they did when updating they ruined it. There is also a delay when using Bluetooth that the developers say they can’t fix but other developers have figured it out and with much cheaper apps. Such a disappointment with such an expensive app. Apple needs to remove this from the App Store until it works on iPhone again.

Petralex not reliable
I have used this hearing app for 2 months. It did work at first and you could customize it to your environment. However, the app kept malfunctioning and turning off. I could turn it back on, but it would no longer work. I spent a few weeks at least every other day deleting and reinstalling the app, which meant I had to take the hearing test yet again. When it started to happen daily, I switched to another app! Hope others have better luck!

Terrible Service
I tried this product and it did not work for me. I cancelled the subscription as soon as I figured out it would not work for me. A month later I got a bill for the subscription that I canceled and I tried contacting Petralex using their website contact. They do not provide a phone number to call. That was last week and I still have not heard back from petralex.
