Do developers read reviews?
I, as do many users, constantly have to reset my aids by opening and closing. Some app developers reply to reviews so I know it can be done. These HA’s have some good aspects; Lucidshape is great, but I get tired of resetting every hour or so. Also, if I sweat the least amount they quit until I dry them out. I wish they were waterproof.

Doesn’t hold any setting
It’s useless. You set the volume and it will change randomly by itself. This happens to the other settings also.

Miserable
Can’t pair my lucid hearing aides to the app. Tried 3 times with no results. Returning these hearings aides and trying a different brand. If this company can’t get a simple app to work correctly the hearing aides are probably junk too.
