Messages disappear after reading. It would be good if they would stay for a bit of time. Maybe monthly deletion in case they are needed for reference. Other than that MyRUSH has been functional.

I like that I have access to my Dr. , appointments, scheduling, etc.. overall it is an easy to use app. But please fix the virtual visit portion. It doesn’t let me join my visit and so my Dr.s have to constantly call. I have update , allowed, and reinstalled to get it to work and still doesn’t work.

Been using MyRUSH for parking lot check in. Today, I found out my room had been ready for 20 minutes and I was almost late for my appointment because I got the text message to come inside really late. I just assumed that the doctor was running behind which is why I didn’t go inside 😕

Worse problem is that it times out login aggressively, which would be tolerable - IF it remembered password. You are constantly moving back and forth between your password manager and MyRUSH to re login.

That’s just the worst problem though- it does everything else terrible too.

I have had to reinstall MyRUSH twice after updates where MyRUSH said I need to upgrade and would not allow login but apples App Store had no update available- I was on most recent app.

I asked my doctor to move to phone appointments during Covid rather than use MyRUSH, which they accommodated.

Insane amount of weird bugs. For example, can’t enter my birthday (scroll and keyboard don’t work?) and then can’t proceed to next step because I didn’t enter my birthday. It’s an endless loop of errors. I will continue to use MyChart which at least functions. Very disappointed….have been with Rush for a decade and service has really gone downhill.

I downloaded MyRUSH to connect with my doctor and was able to video visit. There are some other features which are good like the corona virus tracker.

Barely functions. Frequent glitch where it doesnt save my login info, frequent glitch where it doesnt even let me type in my login, frequent ongoing glitch that i still havnt solved where I literally cant access my video visits with any doctor on both app and on my computer. Trash app.

A video chat with a doctor is necessary substitute appointment during this pandemic quarantine & Rush’s MyChart video service recommends the mobile app & errors in desktop Chrome & Firefox (plugin not found).
Login is blocked on the iPhone SE, the login buttons are hidden behind the register buttons. Someone forgot to VQA test the UI for smaller phones. Huge double blunder in these times - unacceptable.

I’ve tried virtual video chat visits and whenever clicking to start the video visit, it automatically closes MyRUSH . I’m forced to login again (and re-enter password) and the video never works. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro and am on the most updated version of MyRUSH .

I’ve tried to use MyRUSH for over a year. Every time I try to login, I get the message “There was a problem communicating with server. Please try again later.” I kept hoping one of the updates would fix this so I could use MyRUSH , but I guess I’ll have to stick to MyChart.

Apple iPhone - keeps asking to update even after getting it updated. And upon denying update it crashes. Something is wrong with the software application please check because this application come very handy when we are out about.

Despite receiving an email saying that my account has be linked with a mobile device, MyRUSH doesn’t redirect beyond the login screen after entering valid credentials. I was excited to use MyRUSH, but i can’t use it all because of this bug.

Had a video call scheduled with my doctor and they told me to download and use MyRUSH . Whenever I try logging in, I get the message:

“There was a problem communicating with the server, please try again.”

Doesn’t matter when I try, I can never log in.

Just like most others have said, MyRUSH is completely useless. It doesn’t even let you login, despite using the same exact credentials as MyChart. What’s the point of an app that nobody can use??

There is no log on button available for me to press, only a register an account button. It looks like the page doesn’t try to adjust to my screen size, the smaller iPhone SE. Even though I have an account I can’t use MyRUSH .

First time using it for a video appointment and it crashed over and over again. Frustrating when tech doe t work to support social distancing. Ugh.

I get the error “There was a problem communicating with server. Please try again later.” when trying to log in on both WiFi and LTE.

Great app to use for my Rush doctor appointments and visits. Also great use for video visits and evisits.

MyRUSH does not sync with the portal and does not support login. The help desk will tell you to shut down your phone and restart but it keeps saying invalid login and password.

Very good application for accessing all my medical needs from Rush in Chicago. Better than those I have used in Seattle.

Grate app even the Service in real life is so awesome #Rush

Every time I attempt to log in I get an error alert. I’m literally unable to use MyRUSH. It is therefore useless.

Gives an error or crashes.
