The videos in the app do not work. They don’t even exist. I don’t know if it’s my class or the app but the videos just do not show up. In the browser version the videos show up but they are such low resolution that I can’t see what’s going on because everything is so blurry. I’ve used to different iPads and my phone and each has the same issue. The browser versions on the iPad also do not have the option to change the resolution so I cannot even set the resolution to 1080.

I usually take my class on my laptop but since the videos suddenly stopped running on chrome and safari browsers I tried watching the videos through the iPad app. The app is in Korean and there are no English translations anywhere. Makes it hard to navigate even if one is familiar with the platform. Lastly and most importantly, the videos do not have English subtitles making it impossible to learn.

App seems nice to use, but why is this company advertising to US customers and not providing any English options for their app? The videos themselves have English subtitles, but their website UX is confusing...and sometimes after refreshing it changes to Korean with no obvious was to change language. No idea how to navigate the app itself.
