App seems nice to use, but why is this company advertising to US customers and not providing any English options for their app? The videos themselves have English subtitles, but their website UX is confusing...and sometimes after refreshing it changes to Korean with no obvious was to change language. No idea how to navigate CLASS101 itself.

The videos in CLASS101 do not work. They don’t even exist. I don’t know if it’s my class or CLASS101 but the videos just do not show up. In the browser version the videos show up but they are such low resolution that I can’t see what’s going on because everything is so blurry. I’ve used to different iPads and my phone and each has the same issue. The browser versions on the iPad also do not have the option to change the resolution so I cannot even set the resolution to 1080.

Not sure where the monthly in app options are for $19 but I certainly would not pay $150 in app for something without even a 3-7 day trial. Perhaps I can do this on the website and if so what is the point of CLASS101? Deleting and trying other learning platforms.

I usually take my class on my laptop but since the videos suddenly stopped running on chrome and safari browsers I tried watching the videos through the iPad app. CLASS101 is in Korean and there are no English translations anywhere. Makes it hard to navigate even if one is familiar with the platform. Lastly and most importantly, the videos do not have English subtitles making it impossible to learn.

Honestly, im a bit disappointed. The majority of the classes that I was excited to take don’t have English translations. The auto translations are very bad and make it practically impossible to follow a course. There are definitely some good courses in English, but I also found a lot of courses that were poorly made. The best courses for what I’m trying to study (digital art) are the ones in Japanese- and I can’t watch any of them because the captions are translated to English gibberish. this app should hire translators for their courses if they are going to charge $200+ a year for a subscription.

Can’t purchase a yearly subscription for reason. Why’s there no option for monthly or pay for the class we directly want

When making an account with Apple via insta’s web. It didn’t work, even tried CLASS101 for google and same with only emails. Tried said it has it but couldn’t sign in

the videos are good for the most part but there are no english translations available in CLASS101 so it’s difficult to understand anything if you can’t read/understand korean. also, the camera in one of the classes i’m taking sometimes goes out of focus, which makes it very difficult to see what’s going on (it’s an art class).

I love the classes here but the customer service is wack. I contacted them to ask how much I will get charge starting next month and they didn’t reply. Turns out I got charged for $169. I asked for refund and texted them multiple times still they didn’t respond. Feels like I got scammed because I can’t even contact them via email which I tried!! Just be careful

I use class 101 on my ipad and it works in browser but I would like to use CLASS101 and stream it on my tv, hopefully it gets updated soon or they come out with a this app english version.

Is there an option for just one month subscription? I can’t spend $160+ for a year. I’d love to use CLASS101.

I’ve read some reviews from a few years ago where this app has updated reviewers of an English translation, however I have yet to access that option. I would try changing the language in settings, however everything is in Korean (I can’t read Korean) so it doesn’t work. It would help if I got instructions or a pop up with language options…

CLASS101 is great and usually works pretty well. It is in Korean, but there are English subtitles available once you get to the lessons. I know enough to get me there. Recently, the videos on CLASS101 don’t show up at all and I can’t do anything to fix it- hopefully this gets fixed soon! Otherwise, just use the site on your browser

I love CLASS101 it’s amazing and I love that we get to access more classes on CLASS101 version but, we need more languages for CLASS101 translation.

I hope CLASS101 implements more languages to be more user-friendly to international consumers. i don’t understand korean :(

I couldn’t go to my Pilates class in person cause of COVID-19. However I didn’t need to stop my workout. Thanks!

CLASS101 and the drawing courses are amazing and also their support team

We could actually watch the videos or download the notes on CLASS101. The only real thing you can do is check the comments in class. Also some options are in Korean so it’s a bit complicated to navigate CLASS101 at times

I love CLASS101 that allows me to continue learning wherever I am. this app has been one of my growth resources where I’ve been able to learn something I wanted everyday, such as digital drawing, fitness, music, language, baking… you name it. I’m fully enjoying the consistent UX that I’m used to in its web. Thank you for your service, this app!!
