They have a feature where you could send them any type of feedback specially about the items that you know they sell but for some reason you’re not able to process them via EconoToGo . So don’t even bother sending them a message because they don’t seem to care or empathize with your bad experiences. You will get no reply. I must also mention the importance of checking the items before you leave the Naranjito store and figure out that almost half of your purchase it’s missing because they won’t even apologize or care about your struggles.
Tienen una opción donde puedes enviarle tus reseñas especialmente acerca de los artículos que tú sabes que ellos venden pero por alguna razón no puedes comprarlos a través de la aplicación. Así que no te molestes en enviarles mensaje porque parecer no les importa mucho menos se ponen en tu posición en cuanto a tus quejas. No recibirías respuesta ni aunque dejes tu número de teléfono. También debo mencionar acerca de la importancia De verificar que tu compra esté completa especialmente en la tienda de Naranjito porque no recibirás ni una disculpa del gerente de turno.

EconoToGo has change our life in a very positive way. We live far from parents, and they can no longer drive. So its very useful being able to pick their groceries and have them delivered to their house.
EconoToGo itself is very user friendly. The delivery dates available are very reasonable, and the presentation and organization of the delivery bags is awesome.
Its so easy, i might never step into a supermarket again.

Latest version as of today February 6, 2021, uses more Random-Access Memory (RAM) than it should, slows down considerably, and heats up the phone, making it difficult or impossible to use on an iPhone 8 with iOS version 14.4.

EconoToGo should let the user check the availability of a store first. The other improvement to make on EconoToGo is that if a user choose a store and decide to change it, that EconoToGo doesn’t force the user to clear the cart.

The cámara for scanning is not working, also EconoToGo can be better if you could search the items by name or by section such as lácteos, fruits, meat, etc.

One of the worst app to download. Trying to place an order and no dates or hour available to continue. Wrote a couple times to find and and no lose my time and no response. Even call the store and no answer. Don’t bother with them

¿Por que no pueden llevar inventario en vivo y asi no pasar mal rato de que te llamen para decirte que no tienen lo pedido? ¿Por que siempre te ofrecen como sustituto la marca ECONO y no otra ademas de esa? ¿Por que si un producto en el pedido no se puede pagar con una tarjeta por ejemplo de los planes medicos no te dan la opcion de pagar ese producto con otra en lugar de tener que eliminarlo del pedido? En estos tiempos, es inconcebible que los expertos en esto no puedan hacer estos cambios en la programacion. ¡Espero que no tengan que pedirle ayuda a los ingenieros😉✌️

EconoToGo constantly crashes and one looses the latest items added to the cart.
Please work on improving EconoToGo pronto.

Acerca del app, es bastante lenta pero lo que realmente me molesta es que hice una compra y hubo un artículo que no pusieron. He llamado en varias ocasiones también he escrito solicitando la devolución y aún no la han procesado. Llevo casi 2 semanas intentando que me hagan la devolución. 2 semanas en las que NO he ido a comprar en su supermercado ni he comprado a través del app. NO lo recomiendo.

Econo to go te devuelve el tiempo de cosas que realmente valen la pena. Econo to go te da calidad de vida al no perder tiempo dentro del supermercado y haciendo filas. Se lo recomiendo a ojos cerrado. El servicio al cliente es increible, no te arrepentirás.

Es una buena idea y es super practico cuando tienen los productos q anuncian, y los creditos a los productos q no tienen tardan mas de dos dias laborables en devolverlos por eso le di tres.

This was my first time using the service. I received two bags for someone else with a completely different name, and was apparently missing three of my five bags of groceries. When I got home and called, after 10 minutes on hold and another 10-15 minute conversation, they found the bags but aren't open when I get out of work for pickup (the service closes for pickup at 6 pm), which is why I used this service to begin with. I do not recommend it and will not use it again. This is Econo Gate 5 in Aguadilla, PR. Ordering basic groceries for two people took 30 minutes on the app, 30-35 minutes on the phone, and now I have go back to the market a second time, tomorrow; it has taken me more time than if I just went food shopping myself, not to mention an added $3 service fee for the "convenience." In addition, I placed the order Thurs. morning and was told my first available pickup was the following Monday morning! I accepted the delay just to give the service a shot, but I will not ever use this again and will advise others not to waste their time or money. The service is poor.
