CoinamaticCP is useless. It will not, no matter how many times I’ve deleted & redownloaded/ powered on and off my phone open to allow me to log in. It’s a very good thing I’m married and it works for him bc if not I wouldn’t have any other way to do my laundry at our home …??!

I used to be able to add 1-10 dollars when I wanted to refill my account. Now you’re REQUIRED to do 20+ dollars. Absolutely scumworthy update.
CoinamaticCP literally does not work. It claims that it is disconnected from the internet and when i very clearly have internet access, and as such, CoinamaticCP does not work
The hotel I stayed in recommend to download CoinamaticCP, but after ALL the steps to download, register account, and add the credit card. It tells me the minimum amount to refill is $10, it does not make sense for one time user like me who just don’t have coins in hand
Tried adding credit card details 20+ times but it never saved when it came time to add funds to account. Even though every time it said confirmed
I don’t know what is happening to their services but it’s getting worse day by day.
They’re literally not doing anything to improve their machines that are getting out of order during their cycles.
twice recharge $ 10 and the next day my balance at $ 0 ... all the time it has failed, I had to uninstall and reinstall

Does exactly what you expect it to. Charges you for laundry and activates the laundry machine. I’ve always been able to load money onto it no problem. Ignore the negative reviews. They’re probably expecting CoinamaticCP to give them a foot massage too
Easy to load and use. Even tells me if a machine is open.
