The hotel I stayed in recommend to download this app, but after ALL the steps to download, register account, and add the credit card. It tells me the minimum amount to refill is $10, it does not make sense for one time user like me who just don’t have coins in hand

This app is useless. It will not, no matter how many times I’ve deleted & redownloaded/ powered on and off my phone open to allow me to log in. It’s a very good thing I’m married and it works for him bc if not I wouldn’t have any other way to do my laundry at our home …??!
Only 1 washer is working out of 8 and 3 dryers are working out of 10

I don’t know what is happening to their services but it’s getting worse day by day.
They’re literally not doing anything to improve their machines that are getting out of order during their cycles.
