Dear Sir/Madam, I have consequently been given a ban, I cant tell if its permanent for smurfing, coaching and carrying, I honestly didn't know you aren't allowed to do this as it isn't in the rules/terms and conditions, rl trading post has helped me grow as an individual and communicate with other people within th rocket league society as i suffer from anxiety, I was wondering if maybe you could remove the ban and i swear it will never happen again, thank you for taking your time to read this, yours faithfully, Ryan

How to fix RL Trading Post app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RL Trading Post app on iPhone
Update RL Trading Post app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RL Trading Post iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RL Trading Post on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RL Trading Post network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RL Trading Post Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RL Trading Post not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RL Trading Post App
1. On android, goto Settings » RL Trading Post » click [Force Stop]

Update RL Trading Post to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RL Trading Post App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RL Trading Post » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RL Trading Post.

Fix RL Trading Post unable to contact server/ RL Trading Post internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RL Trading Post » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RL Trading Post » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RL Trading Post
