How to fix PostNord app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PostNord app on iPhone
Update PostNord app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PostNord iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PostNord on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PostNord network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PostNord not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PostNord app issues:

Force Stop the PostNord App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PostNord app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PostNord to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PostNord App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PostNord app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PostNord.

Fix PostNord unable to contact server/ PostNord internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PostNord » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PostNord » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PostNord on android.
