How to fix PostNord app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PostNord app on iPhone
Update PostNord app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PostNord iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PostNord on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PostNord network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PostNord Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PostNord not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PostNord App
1. On android, goto Settings » PostNord » click [Force Stop]

Update PostNord to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PostNord App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PostNord » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PostNord.

Fix PostNord unable to contact server/ PostNord internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PostNord » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PostNord » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
