My insta save is not saving !

I copy a link and open the app. I immediately get a quick banner message saying "InstaSave pasted from Instagram" and then, nothing. Closing out of the app and rebooting does not help. In short, it won't allow me to save anything!

How to fix InstaSave app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InstaSave app on iPhone
Update InstaSave app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InstaSave iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InstaSave on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InstaSave network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InstaSave Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InstaSave not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InstaSave App
1. On android, goto Settings » InstaSave » click [Force Stop]

Update InstaSave to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InstaSave App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InstaSave » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InstaSave.

Fix InstaSave unable to contact server/ InstaSave internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InstaSave » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InstaSave » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InstaSave
