I downloaded InvoiceMakerEstimateApp and signed up for the free 3 day trial to see if this would work for our business. After an hour I realized this was not what we needed. I cancelled within an hour and was charged $107 for the year. I’ve now filed a dispute for a refund and was denied the first time. You cannot offer a free trial and then take money from people.

Signed up believing I would be able to send invoices and have them paid effortlessly. Absolute joke. Been 2 weeks and still can’t access money paid by a customer . There’s no phone number to speak with anyone. The interface seems to be designed by a child . I have never experienced more regret than now . You would have to be beyond crazy to do business with this fake company

I have been using InvoiceMakerEstimateApp for about 2 years now, had several customers wanting to pay with credit cards and debit cards so I added the stripe feature… well had a client send me a full payment by accident as she is on a payment plan with me…. So by accident she paid in full…. I see NO WAY to offer a refund or cancel a payment. I have sent several messages and opened up a chat within InvoiceMakerEstimateApp and ZERO response

If your into just taking money and never having to do a refund InvoiceMakerEstimateApp is for you…. Otherwise beware it’s not user friendly and no way to cancel a customers payment or even do a refund

InvoiceMakerEstimateApp couldn't give your business a boost even when bound to a rocket tail. It can create a simplistic invoice for 5 bucks a month - and that's it. 'Card payments are in beta-testing' - well, thank you for the info.
How to describe it best... You know that place in a desert where birds fly around and you are happy not to be there?

Paying 5.99 week just for InvoiceMakerEstimateApp not to send my invoices. It says it’s sending but never is sent. I have to resend it, not knowing if I’m sending a duplicate. Looking like an i****.Also InvoiceMakerEstimateApp is supposed to tell you when a client opens your emails and recently it has not been telling me. I was upset with a client because I thought he was ignoring my invoices.

InvoiceMakerEstimateApp has so many ridiculous bugs, I don’t even know where to start. I’m shocked at the positive reviews. How is anyone using InvoiceMakerEstimateApp successfully?

They have a strange system for changing the currency. It should be an option within InvoiceMakerEstimateApp , I shouldn’t have to go into settings and change my phone language.

I can’t properly export my invoice. It exports either an invoice with missing info or a pdf that doesn’t open.

IT WAS A 3 DAY FREE TRIAL! I TRIED IT. HATED IT AND CANCELLED IT THE NEXT DAY! WHY ARE YOU STILL BILLING ME! I did the “free trial” and canceled it before the trial even ended and was billed for the weekly price which wasn’t even the advertised price and then again 9 days later. But the second time it was for DOUBLE the weekly price! Even under my “subscriptions”, it clearly shows I cancelled the free trial and shows “INACTIVE”! No one will contact me regarding this! My family has worked for the courts for 85 years! Guess it’s going to have to happen! This is despicable!
And only gave a star because zero stars isn’t an option.

Ok so granted easy to use but not worth $4.99 a month. What killed it for me Ignorance from costumer support well thanks to that I found a 1000% better app that dose not ignore you.
2nd) you can’t share it like if you have a MacBook or any apple system you can’t find that app or same platform to download your invoices.
•IT WAS FUN BUT MAN IGNORANCE THAT WAS A KILLER and not able to use it anywhere but your phone also.
3rd) ONCE YOUR FREE TRIAL ENDS YOU WONT KNOW BECAUSE ANY INVOICE YOU SENT WONT BE SENT AND YOU WILL NEVER KNOW THAT IT WAS NOT SENT OUT till you log in to your email and realize you have not sent anything.. lost a lot of $$ for that 🖕🏻.

I started my business using InvoiceMakerEstimateApp, but over time, the quality slowly deteriorated instead of improving. I have been paying the subscription fee for months now, which I easily cover while running the business. However, recently, the bugs have become unbearable, with frequent screen freezing when switching between apps, multiple application crashes, and invoices being deleted that I know I did not delete myself. It has been good, but it's time to move on to better systems.

Does anyone know what’s going on with app? We click on app and it looks like it’s going to open then it goes off. It has been doing that off and on for sometime now but then it would work. Now for 2 days it won’t open up? Emailed them and no one has responded. Emailed them 1 month ago also and no one has responded.

I have multiple buissness and InvoiceMakerEstimateApp gives you the option to make another account. You can switch in between profiles. One of my profiles data was never saved and all my invoices have been deleted. i’ve contacted customer support to see if hopefully i can get them back. But they take so long to answer and it’s urgent. InvoiceMakerEstimateApp waS satisfying me well until it did not save my dat from my other buissness profile

I have been trying to contact the support team dealing with an transaction issue I may have accidentally done but I haven’t gotten any response from them would be very helpful for future reference

I tried to send my invoices through email to my customers doesn’t work no more. I emailed customer service they said they are working on it, now it’s been over a month please fix InvoiceMakerEstimateApp I’m paying for. I made the invoice before it was working whatever updates it made it not work anymore.

It would be great if InvoiceMakerEstimateApp was just a one time fee and not a subscription. Maybe give an annual price option with a bigger discount or just sell InvoiceMakerEstimateApp for like $20.

Its simple and very easy to use. Everything about it is great. The money side of things is my only negative about it.

Great app! Very easy to use and has a professional look to it. Only reason its not 5 stars is due to the fact InvoiceMakerEstimateApp does not have a search bar to look up my clients AND everytime i open InvoiceMakerEstimateApp it freezes on me for a solid 20-50 seconds. Other then that, great app!

Very easy to use I’m just trying it out for the first time. I just don’t know how to itemize it for example 123. It only looks like if it’s one line and I had to put everything on there. Otherwise, it would’ve been a five star.

If I could do it in 5 minutes ,and makes me do easily which my business could not accomplish without a bookkeeper, anyone can do it. Thanks, so far.

I am experiencing issues with sending the invoices, it just says “sending” and some of them are not sent. When I log into InvoiceMakerEstimateApp it sometimes freeze and stop working and it logs me out.
Otherwise, great app. Please fix those issues.

I has at the moment everything that I need for my business, makes me look very professional

Makes it so easy since I’m an owner operator and I drive tow truck all across my state this makes it easy and affordable to use on the go. Plus I have onboard internet so I can do this and quote out my customers even when I’m away from home. Lovely service and I won’t ever use anyone else. My own opinion.

As a Business owner InvoiceMakerEstimateApp helped my write up a quick and professional invoice. I’m constantly on the go and being able to do this from my phone is awesome!

I hardly ever leave app reviews, but I just have to rave about this fantastic app. I'm a freelancer, and InvoiceMakerEstimateApp makes it so easy to invoice my clients, plus it saves me a lot of time. I can create invoices on the train or on the way home from work. One thing I would ask the devs to add is a way to use my custom logo on invoices

I hated writing up invoices until I found InvoiceMakerEstimateApp. It makes it so easy that I don't mind it at all now. Such a useful app I really recommend it does everything you need it to do

Makes everything easy for my business. My customers get an invoice to email before I head out to the next customer. Tracking which invoices are not yet paid is super easy too.

I seen a comment three years ago when someone spoke on wishing they could add their Logo…

I run a small garden care business and InvoiceMakerEstimateApp has been invaluable to me. Easy to navigate and work with with excellent visual representations of the money coming into my business.

A nice suggestion would be when you create an item, you can add a qty of what you have in stock and everytime you create an invoice with that item it automatically removes the qty added to invoice from the items
