Thought it was good till it wasn’t

I have been using this app for about 2 years now, had several customers wanting to pay with credit cards and debit cards so I added the stripe feature… well had a client send me a full payment by accident as she is on a payment plan with me…. So by accident she paid in full…. I see NO WAY to offer a refund or cancel a payment. I have sent several messages and opened up a chat within the app and ZERO response
If your into just taking money and never having to do a refund this app is for you…. Otherwise beware it’s not user friendly and no way to cancel a customers payment or even do a refund

Signed up believing I would be able to send invoices and have them paid effortlessly. Absolute joke. Been 2 weeks and still can’t access money paid by a customer . There’s no phone number to speak with anyone. The interface seems to be designed by a child . I have never experienced more regret than now . You would have to be beyond crazy to do business with this fake company

Paying 5.99 week just for this app not to send my invoices. It says it’s sending but never is sent. I have to resend it, not knowing if I’m sending a duplicate. Looking like an i****.Also the app is supposed to tell you when a client opens your emails and recently it has not been telling me. I was upset with a client because I thought he was ignoring my invoices.
