Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SSB Flex app issues:

Force Stop the SSB Flex App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SSB Flex app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SSB Flex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SSB Flex App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SSB Flex app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SSB Flex.
