When the order get late if you ask them to cancel they wont cancel they makes you wait more and more. When you call then they will tell you wait a few minutes but its not right. You'll wait much longer. Besides their discounts are fake. They put %50 discounts on restaurants but when you open up the restaurant you wont find any discounts that %50 only %10, and when you wanna ask for refund they wont give your money back via online walets they'll send you in app credits which means they convince you to again use their app of you you dont wanna use that. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 another thing not all the delivers are motorbikes. Some of them cars which means they’ll be late more on traffic jams when you get your food it'll be too cold or not consider it a new food cause its 1:30 late.

i have been using Lezzoo for a while now. but today i ordered some desserts from ice cream colors and we ordered 2 of the cakes 1 of them was missing we called them and they just didn’t care. i would recommend you not using Lezzoo . they haven’t called back yet its 10:00 PM still no responses. use something else like toters,talabat,and ziber atleast they don’t scam. i hope this changed ur mind about lezzo.

Today I decided to give Lezzoo a chance i should’ve received my order at 11:10 its 12:10 am i want to sleep and the order isnt here yet and they didnt reply to me in the customer care neither they cancelled my order forcing me to wait the order according to their wish seriously what do they benefit from one time customers?

Lezzoo was really good at first but now lies about delivery times, delivers food ice cold and doesn’t care. They won’t cancel an order even if it’s 90 mins late, or will cancel an order well after ordering without explanation. The “help” center is entirely unhelpful and sounds like it’s run by AI. Don’t use the service unless you have endless time for the delivery.

Two days ago i ordered from two different restaurants, both of the restaurants got my order wrong. I got a different kind of pizza and spicy chicken instead of normal. I didnt bother to call back for the chicken, but when i did call back for the pizza, they got the right order after one hour and actually took back the cold pizza. I was a usual customer and this is just shame.

This is the worst delivery application ever. I have ordered the same food at this same time to this same location from the same restaurant many times before on different applications and it always takes 15 minutes to deliver to me. It’s been 25 minutes and the order is still in preparation, not even in delivery. Worst service ever.

i order from the same 3 restaurants every time and they all have the same issue, it tells me they’ve prepared it and it just needs a delivery person to pick it up and bring it to me however it takes AGES. it keeps saying 1 more minute but it goes by slower than the actual preparing of the food, all this while giving you an estimated arrival time which is impossible… customer service is also so terrible, i try to contact them regarding my order, asks me what my issue is and i click on “food takes too long to prepare” and it just shows some text saying “The merchant had estimated that they need 0 minutes to prepare your order. They accepted your order 47 mins ago. So, let's give them -47 more minutes and see if they prepare it on time. Come back here in case they delay it past that”, like oh my god either let me cancel my order or give me a proper customer service to see the issue…

this app used to be good, but unfortunately the customer service is horrible now. You can’t get an honest answer from them. Just contact the restaurants yourself and the delivery fee will be the same or cheaper. Use Lezzoo as your menu and just call the restaurants. They will call you and harass you when you cancel an order because of this app’s mistakes. this app should use foreigners for customer service.

So I love Lezzoo I have used it before but now Lezzoo has a glitch and doesn’t open and I can’t order and I have literally been calling the this app eats company for almost 6 months to fix the problem they always say they will but they never did and I don’t have any internet connection problems and the phone is perfectly fine and I have been deleting Lezzoo and redownloading it many many times but it still doesn’t work and that means it’s Lezzoo and company’s fault but I hope they will fix it soon

I am using the iPad version of Lezzoo , Lezzoo design and graphics looks so much unfinished, it is like an app made by a high schooler. And Lezzoo is not smart and the search function is not efficient. The newly added tab for their proxy service is not functioning, I still don’t know how to add products to the list. The only reason I use Lezzoo is that they are the only app that includes 99 Grill, there is nothing attractive about Lezzoo or the service, the no-service-fee thing, which is IQD 500 on Talabat is added to the delivery cost; Talabat’s delivery cost as the time of writing my review (June 20th, 2024) is, typically, IQD 2500 with a service fee of IQD 500, Lezzo’s delivery cost is typically IQD 3500, not much difference especially when you consider the fact that lot of restaurants are way more likely to refuse your request on Lezzo compared to Talabat.

Lezzoo should give you the delivery guy’s(who delivers the order) phone number.
Due to a mistake happened during exchange I gave him less $ than it was written.. and I didnt have the guy’s number to call him to get back his money.. called back both costumer care(was put in to waiting for a long time) and the restaurant(conversation when awkward) so my only hope is if somehow he delivers one of my future delivery..

So I always order and they ask if I want like extra cheese or no cheese you know like extra informations. And i'd say No cheese because i'm lactose intolerant or bring a $100 change because I don't got with me but they always add cheese and don't even check the informations bar. And when the food comes I can't eat!! it's like they never even check that part of the order. And that's why i'm giving it 2 stars even tho the service and everything else is fine but what's the point if I cant eat it anyway or can't pay even tho I have told them that I only got dollar with me!!?

It’s a great way to order groceries and other foods but the service is not that good...I ordered some chocolate and when they handed me it,the chocolate was melted,and they didn’t bring me everything I ordered..it was not a good start but I will order stuff from them one more time to see if they have improved!

Its been several days now I’ve been trying to make order and Lezzoo keeps on loading..specially in the mornings before 12, I know some restaurants wont open before that time but Lezzoo was working fine.. please fix this issue

The trivia game design has a problem, which is the picture that is attached to answering the question does not appear and the screen is blank. So you’re left to choose on random and lose

I don’t really have a problem it’s just that the menu and the way it’s coded could be better and the look in general could be better hope to see progress in the future..

I think everything is so good but i have one problem if the restaurants can put their real photo of the meal

This is actually a really good app! Especially the gps part, a huge improvement in our country! I have a few suggestions to make it better:
1) let us write reviews below the food
2) fix the bug where you can’t zoom in out
3) add some restaurants 24/7 available
4) put real photos of the food

Try to fix the map bug and this will be 5 stars.

i just wanted y’all to know that whoever is behind those notifications is LIT! they are carrying this app, when i get a notification from this app it’s funny almost everytime and makes my day so much better

I think it’s a really good app I gave it 4stars because that may add a little more money but still it’s fine I think it’s a safe app to use

Just ordered something and I’m full I can’t write much it’s simply the best ordering app

It made my life much easier and I don't have to go to the restaurant or call and have social interaction and awkwardness

I love Lezzoo so much because it can deliver to zakho which I love because I have never seen a food delivery app available in zakho so proud and you have to try it ❤️‍🔥

It was my first time to use Lezzoo and I am completely satisfied, the orders were correct and the delivery was faster than expected... The staff are respectful and friendly. Hopefully will stay like that, keep up the good work guys...

Talabat, Ziber are not like lezzo in location delivery. Lezzo drivers are very accurate in delivery. Talabt can’t even deliver to my home. The fees they take are justified because the driver are really professional. The only thing I hate is the delivery time is average 40-90 minutes. I hope they can solve this problem. Like they added credit card payment.

I literally loveee Lezzoo , they have almost everything to order and it is the best app for delivery as they manage to get you the stuff you ordered quickly.. BUT, when you have a problem and you contact them .. it will take days or weeks for them to answer .. and it’s quite frustrating to wait that much just for a problem to be solved .. and when they answer they will not give you the answer you wanted ..they just type : hi this is lezoo service and blah blah .. 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s been a week that im waiting for my problem to be solved 3 different workers answered but still no progress.. i hope they fix that problem with the customer service.. (ps: i even called them for the problem and they told me to text them 🤦🏻‍♀️)

UPDATE : their customer service is much much better now and they’re really there to help not just to answer , i really appreciate their effort and hope they succeed in their work 🔥again thank you ❤️👏🏼

Actually l love Lezzoo, l wish they keep at this way. Maybe some order take long time than the specific time, but still loved.
